Released in 1996, a Disney flick with a combination of live action and
amazing animation, it is a story about recently orphaned boy known as
James. His sole property is a bag of glowing, magical crocodile tongues,
which grows into a gigantic peach, when he drops some of them
accidentally. James rush to hide in the fruit to escape from his harsh
and nasty aunts and uncles and finds a new family in the six insects
living inside the fruit. There is adventure, danger and happy-ending.
James Henry Trotter is an ordinary four-year-old orphan boy whose
parents were swallowed by a rhino. He had to live with his two cruel
aunts named Spiker and Sponge who make him work hard and scold him a
lot.
Hope came alive in James when he received a small sack of magical gift
from a stranger who promised that it would bring James wealth,
happiness, and great adventure. But James trips and drops the sack. In a
few days, the long-barren peach tree in his garden puts forth a single
fruit that grows to double the size. The peach is home to six giant bugs
including a Centipede, Miss Spider, Old-Green-Grasshopper, Silkworm,
Ladybug, and Glowworm. James and his friends manage to break the peach
off the tree and roll over to the Atlantic Ocean for their adventure,
while flattening the evil aunts along the way.
